1. How to Shop on Skims Bodysuit ?

Browse and select your favorite SKIMS bodysuit, bra, dress, or shapewear. Once you’re happy with your skims bodysuit picks, just hit ADD TO CART. From there, you can continue shopping, update your bag, or go straight to Checkout. At checkout, you’ll have the option to log in, create a new account, or simply checkout as a guest.

2. What is The Order Processing Time ?

Domestic Orders (USA)

We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days after your purchase is placed and payment is verified. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Please note: Skims Bodysuit Team don’t ship or process orders on weekends or US public holidays. If your order is placed during a sale event (like Black Friday or Cyber Monday), it may take a bit longer to process.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier (typically USPS or DHL) and may be impacted by weather or seasonal delays. YITTY

International Orders

Orders placed from outside the US will also be processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Customs procedures in your country may cause additional delays, which are out of our control. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

4. What I Do If item is sold out?

If an Skims Bodysuit item you love is sold out, simply click the ‘Notify Me When Available’ option on the product page and enter your email. We’ll let you know as soon as your desired SKIMS shapewear or bra is restocked.

5. What I do if Entered Incorrect Shipping Address?

Incorrect Shipping Address

Entered the wrong address? We get it — it happens! Let us know as soon as you can by emailing info@skimsbodysuit.store.com with your full name, order number, and correct shipping details. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to update it.
If it’s already on its way, and the tracking shows it’s returning to sender, we’ll re-ship once we receive it — but please note, you’ll be responsible for the shipping fee again.

6. What I do if Received a Damaged Item?

So sorry to hear that! Please send us clear photos of the damaged item, a brief description, and your order number to info@skimsbodysuit.store. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible with next steps.

7. What I do If Received Missing Items in My Order?

Start by checking all packaging material carefully — sometimes smaller items like a SKIMS bra Skims Bodysuit or shapewear are tucked into folds.
If something’s still missing, please send a photo of your shipping label, the box, and the items received, along with your order number to info@skimsbodysuit.store
We must be notified within 14 days of delivery to assist with missing items.

Your security is our priority. We never store your credit card details. All transactions are securely handled through Flutterwave Payments, a trusted payment processor with advanced encryption.

8. Shipping Details

Within the USA:

  • Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping (2–5 business days).
  • We use top-tier carriers like DHL and USPS to ensure speedy and safe delivery

International Shipping:

We offer standard international delivery at real-time calculated rates at checkout.
Expect delivery within 2–3 weeks, though this may vary depending on your country’s customs process.

9. Where Do We Ship?

We currently ship worldwide! However, due to global regulations and safety protocols, some countries may temporarily be unavailable. We’re constantly reviewing and updating this list.

10. Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

You have 14 days from receiving your SKIMS BODYSUIT items to request a return. Returns after that time cannot be accepted. A $15 restocking fee applies to all returns.
Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • We don’t accept returns for:
  • Personal care items 
  • Intimate/hygienic products

11. How to Initiate a Return

Exchanges

Refunds
