Returns and Refund Policy

We understand that shopping for intimate and bodywear pieces online requires trust — that’s why we’ve created a clear, fair, and stress-free Return & Refund Policy made just for you.


1. Return Eligibility

We happily accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be included.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items missing their original tags or packaging.

  • Final Sale, Clearance, or Promotional items.

  • Gift cards and digital downloads.


3. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@skimsbodysuit.store

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • The reason for return

Our support team will guide you step by step and issue a Return Authorization Number.

Please do not ship items back without authorization — unapproved returns cannot be processed.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for safety.

  • SKIMS BODYSUIT STORE is not responsible for lost or untraceable return packages.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges due to limited inventory.
If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Your order number

Our team will quickly arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or card statement.

  2. Contact your payment provider.
