Returns and Refund Policy

Return for the United States & United Kingdom

  • Return Period: We accept returns for both non-defective and defective products for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Product Condition: Items must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. For products that arrive damaged or defective, this condition does not apply.
  • Refund Method: All refunds are processed to the original payment method. We do not offer store credit.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow up to 7 business days for us to inspect and process it. The refund will be issued immediately after processing, but it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
 

Return process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email our customer service team and provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive a Label: Our team will review your request. If approved, you will receive a free, downloadable, and printable return shipping label via email.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) you are returning in the original packaging. If you are returning multiple items from the same order, they must be returned together in a single package.
  4. Ship It: Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
 

Return shipping fees

  • Non-Defective/Buyer’s Remorse: We cover all return shipping costs for standard returns. You will not be charged for the return label.
  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please provide photo evidence of the issue in your return request.
 
Exchanges
We are happy to accommodate exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within the 30-day return window. If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this when you submit your return request. We will process your exchange after receiving and inspecting your returned item.
 
Non-returnable items
Certain items are non-returnable. This includes but is not limited to final-sale items, personalized products, and intimate apparel that has been opened or worn for hygiene reasons. Any exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.
