1. Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns on eligible items, provided they meet the conditions outlined below. You may request a return if:

  • You received the wrong item (for example, the wrong size or color).
  • The product arrived damaged, faulty, or with visible defects.
  • The item you received doesn’t match the description or image shown on our product page.

We unfortunately cannot accept returns for products that:

  • Have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Are missing original tags or packaging.
  • Fall under intimate wear (like underwear or bodysuits) that have been tried on without proper hygiene protection.
  • Are marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable.”

Due to the personal nature of our products—especially shapewear, bras, and bodysuits—items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all hygiene stickers, tags, and packaging intact. This policy ensures safety and cleanliness for all our customers.

2. Return Time Frame

If you’d like to return an item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Any return request made after this period may not be accepted unless the item is faulty.

Once approved, the returned product must reach us within 14 days from the date you received it. Items received after this window may be sent back to you without refund.

We strongly encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery and notify us as soon as possible if there’s an issue.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Starting a return is simple. Here’s how the process works:

  • Contact Our Team: Send an email to our support team with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and any photos if necessary (e.g., for damaged items).
  • Wait for Approval: We’ll review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
  • Package the Item: Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging. If the item is shapewear or an undergarment, it must include hygiene seals and tags.
  • Ship It Back: Use the return shipping method provided (or your own, if applicable), and share the tracking number with us.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid delays or lost items.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the conditions stated in our policy. This typically takes 2–4 business days.

If your return is approved, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (depending on your bank or card provider). If the payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank account details or a mobile wallet number to process the refund securely.

Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item with a different size, color, or style, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order. This ensures faster processing and better inventory tracking.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear or items that come into direct contact with intimate areas
  • Bodysuits, bras, and shapewear that appear to have been worn or tried on without a liner
  • Any item without its original hygiene sticker, packaging, or tags
  • Custom orders or made-to-measure items
  • Clearance and final-sale items

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy guidelines. In such cases, the item will be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.

7. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to a mistake on our end—such as sending the wrong item or a defective product—we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

For all other returns (such as sizing issues or change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We can provide a discounted shipping label if needed, and the cost will be deducted from your final refund.
