  • During peak sale periods, processing times may extend slightly due to high demand.

  2. Shipping Confirmation  (with your tracking details once dispatched)

Please note:

  • These are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

  • Occasionally, customs inspections or regional regulations may delay deliveries.

Every order includes a tracking number.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email with a direct link so you can monitor your delivery progress in real time.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll resend your order or issue a full refund.

Note: We are not liable for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but later reported missing or stolen.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

After 24 hours, the order may already be processing or shipped, and modifications might not be possible.
